Flammable. Keep away from fire or flame.
For steam inhalation only.
• a cough that lasts or is chronic such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema
• cough that ocurs with too much phlegm (mucus)
- heat
- microwave
- use near an open flame
- take by mouth
- direct steam from the vaporizer too close to the face
- add to hot water or any container where heating water except when adding to cold water only in a hot steam vaporizer. May cause splattering and result in burns.
Stop use and ask a doctor if cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition.
If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. In case of eye exposure, flush with water.

adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period. children under 6 years of age: ask a doctorBefore using the first time, remove the protective cap from the tip and prime metered pump by depressing pump firmly several times. To spray, hold bottle with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting head, insert nozzle into nostril. Fully depress rim with a firm, even stroke and sniff deeply. Wipe nozzle clean after use.
