Podofilox Solution
In order to ensure that the patient is fully aware of the correct method of therapy and to identify which specific warts should be treated, the technique for initial application of the medication should be demonstrated by the prescriber.
Apply twice daily morning and evening (every 12 hours), for 3 consecutive days, then withhold use for 4 consecutive days. This one week cycle of treatment may be repeated up to four times until there is no visible wart tissue. If there is incomplete response after four treatment weeks, alternative treatment should be considered. Safety and effectiveness of more than four treatment weeks have not been established.
Podofilox Topical Solution 0.5% is applied to the warts with the applicator supplied with the drug (see HOW SUPPLIED). The drug-dampened applicator should be touched to the wart to be treated, applying the minimum amount of solution necessary to cover the lesion. Treatment should be limited to less than 10 cm2 of wart tissue and to no more than 0.5 mL of the solution per day. There is no evidence to suggest that more frequent application will increase efficacy, but additional applications would be expected to increase the rate of local adverse reactions and systemic absorption.
Care should be taken to allow the solution to dry before allowing the return of opposing skin surfaces to their normal positions. After each treatment, the used applicator should be carefully disposed of and the patient should wash his or her hands.

• Avoid contact with hair, fabrics or carpeting as benzoyl peroxide may cause bleaching or discoloration.
Prime Can Before Initial Use: Gently push up on actuator with thumb until tab breaks. Shake can vigorously (until product moves inside can). Firmly strike bottom of can onto palm of other hand or a hard surface at least 3 times. Holding can upright over sink, direct initial spray to a non-skin surface. Until primed, DO NOT spray directly on the skin as the initial spray may expel cold liquid propellant. Press down on actuator for 1-3 seconds until foam begins to dispense. If foam does not dispense within 3 seconds, prime can again.
Before Each Use: Shake can vigorously. Firmly strike bottom of can onto palm of other hand or a hard surface at least 3 times.
During Use: Holding can upright, dispense Benzoyl Peroxide Short Contact Foam into palm of hand. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer 1 to 3 times daily. Rub in until completely absorbed. Rinse off after 2 minutes. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two to three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. Wash hands with soap and water after use. If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor.

Prime Can Before Initial Use: Shake can well (until product moves inside can). Firmly strike bottom of can onto palm of hand at least three times. Hold can upright and direct initial spray to a non-skin surface. Until foam dispenses, DO NOT spray directly on the skin as the initial spray may expel cold liquid propellant. Press down on actuator for 1 to 3 seconds until foam begins to dispense. If foam does not dispense within 3 seconds, repeat priming process.
WASH-OFF APPLICATION: Cleanse affected skin thoroughly and pat dry before each application. Dispense product onto fingertips. Massage the dispensed foam into the affected area and wait 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry. Treat the affected area 1 to 3 times daily, or as directed by a physician.
LEAVE-ON APPLICATION: Cleanse affected skin thoroughly and pat dry before each application. Dispense product onto fingertips. Massage the dispensed foam into the affected area 1 to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician.
Wipe off any excess foam from actuator after use.

Hydrocortisone Butyrate
Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream (lipid) 0.1% is not for oral, ophthalmic, or intravaginal use.
Therapy should be discontinued when control is achieved. If no improvement is seen within 2 weeks, reassessment of the diagnosis may be necessary. Before prescribing for more than 2 weeks, any additional benefits of extending treatment to 4 weeks should be weighed against the risk of HPA axis suppression and local adverse events. The safety and efficacy of Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream (lipid) 0.1% has not been established beyond 4 weeks of use.
2.1 Corticosteroid-Responsive Dermatoses in Adults
Apply a thin film to the affected skin areas two or three times daily, depending on the severity of the condition. Rub in gently.
2.2 Atopic Dermatitis in Patients From 3 Month to 18 Years
Apply a thin film to the affected skin areas two times daily. Rub in gently.
Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream (lipid) 0.1% should not be used with occlusive dressings or applied in the diaper area unless directed by a physician.
