Adults and children 2 years of age and over:

Clean and dry affected area. Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily for 7 days.

Children under 2 years of age:

Adults and children 12 years of age and over:

shake the can very well before use. spray and dispense foam onto fingertips or palm no longer than 3 seconds, and massage well on the affected area until the crackling sound stops. do not use upside down. apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.

Adults and children 12 years of age and over:

clean and dry affected area. peel film from patch and apply to the skin. (see illustration.) apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. remove patch from the skin after at most 8 hours' application. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.

shake the can very well before use  to avoid frostbite, hold the can 4 inches (10 cm) away from the skin, and spray each affected area for no longer than 1 second apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily

only use one patch at a time clean and dry affected area remove patch from backing film and apply to skin (see illustration) apply one patch to the affected area and leave in place for up to 8 to 12 hours if pain lasts after using the first patch, a second patch may be applied for up to another 8 to 12 hours do not use more than 2 patches per day do not use for more than 3 days in a row the used patch should be removed from the skin when a new one is applied

Children under 18 years of age: do not use; this product has not been shown to work in children
