DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATIONUnless otherwise directed by a prescribing physician, Urea 35% Hydrating Topical Foam should be applied to affected area twice a day. Urea 35% Hydrating Topical Foam shouldbe rubbed into the skin until it is completely absorbed.

Sodium Sulfacetamide – Sulfur Wash
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Apply Sodium Sulfacetamide 9% - Sulfur 4% Wash once or twice daily to affected areas, or as directed by your physician. Wet skin and liberally apply to areas to be cleansed. Massage gently into skin for 10-20 seconds, working into a full lather, rinse thoroughly and pat dry. If drying occurs, it may be controlled by rinsing off Sodium Sulfacetamide 9% - Sulfur 4% Wash sooner or using less often.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Apply 50% Urea Emulsion to affected skin twice per day, or as directed by a physician. Rub in until completely absorbed.
How to properly use 50% Urea Emulsion In a zinc undecylenate and lactic acid vehicle Easy steps to treat dry skin conditions including psoriasis, xerosis, ichthyosis, keratosis pilaris, keratosis palmaris, keratoderma, dermatitis, pruritus, eczema, corns and calluses. For skin: 1. Apply 50% Urea Emulsion to affected skin twice per day, or as directed by a physician. 2. Rub in until completely absorbed (for best results apply to moistened skin). -

Acella Antipyrine And Benzocaine Otic
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: ACUTE OTITIS MEDIA: Instill Antipyrine and Benzocaine Otic Soution permitting the solution to run along the wall of the canal until it is filled. Avoid touching the ear with dropper. Then moisten a cotton pledget with Antipyrine Benzocaine Otic Solution and insert into the meatus. Repeat every one to two hours until pain an congestion are relieved.
REMOVAL OF CERUMEN: Before: Instill Antipyrine and Benzocaine Otic Solution three times daily for two to three days to help detach cerumen from wall of canal and facilitate removal.
After: Antipyrine and Benzocaine Otic Solution is useful for drying out the canal or relieving discomfort.
Before and after removal of cerumen, a cotten pledget moistened with Antipyrine and Benzocaine Otic Solution should be inserted into the meatus following installation.
Note: After use, do not rinse dropper tip, replace cap and close tightly
Protect solution from light and heat, and do not use if it is brown or contains a precipitate.
DISCARD THIS PRODUCT 6 MONTHS AFTER OPENING.

Tranexamic Acid
Immediately before tooth extraction in patients with hemophilia, administer 10 mg per kg body weight of Tranexamic Acid Injection intravenously together with replacement therapy (see PRECAUTIONS). Following tooth extraction, intravenous therapy, at a dose of 10 mg per kg body weight three to four times daily, may be used for 2 to 8 days.
Note: For patients with moderate to severe impaired renal function, the following dosages are recommended:
For intravenous infusion, Tranexamic Acid Injection may be mixed with most solutions for infusion such as electrolyte solutions, carbohydrate solutions, amino acid solutions and Dextran solutions. The mixture should be prepared the same day the solution is to be used. Heparin may be added to Tranexamic Acid Injection. Tranexamic Acid Injection should NOT be mixed with blood. The drug is a synthetic amino acid, and should NOT be mixed with solutions containing penicillin.
