Sodium Bicarbonate
Adults - Take 1 tablet, dissolved in a glass of water, as needed. Maximum daily dose for adults upto 60 years of age is 24 tablets. Maximum daily dose for adults 60 years of age and older is 12 tablets. Dissolve completely in water before drinking. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSE. Not recommended for children.

DOSAGE SHOULD BE INDIVIDUALIZED ACCORDING TO THE NEEDS AND THE RESPONSE OF THE PATIENT.
Each tablet contains 4 mg of cyproheptadine hydrochloride.
Pediatric Patients
Age 2 to 6 years The total daily dosage for pediatric patients may be calculated on the basis of body weight or body area using approximately 0.25 mg/kg/day or 8 mg per square meter of body surface (8 mg/m2).
The usual dose is 2 mg (½ tablet) two or three times a day, adjusted as necessary to the size and response of the patient. The dose is not to exceed 12 mg a day.
Age 7 to 14 years The usual dose is 4 mg (1 tablet) two or three times a day adjusted as necessary to the size and response of the patient. The dose is not to exceed 16 mg a day.
Adults The total daily dose for adults should not exceed 0.5 mg/kg/day. The therapeutic range is 4 mg to 20 mg a day, with the majority of patients requiring 12 mg to 16 mg a day. An occasional patient may require as much as 32 mg a day for adequate relief. It is suggested that dosage be initiated with 4 mg (1 tablet) three times a day and adjusted according to the size and response of the patient.

Carisoprodol
The recommended dose of Carisoprodol, Aspirin and Codeine Phosphate tablets, is 1 or 2 tablets, four times daily in adults. One Carisoprodol, Aspirin and Codeine Phosphate tablet contains 200 mg of Carisoprodol, 325 mg of Aspirin and 16 mg of Codeine Phosphate. The maximum daily dose (i.e., two tablets taken four times daily) will provide 1600 mg of carisoprodol, 2600 mg of aspirin and 128 mg of codeine phosphate per day. The recommended maximum duration of Carisoprodol, Aspirin and Codeine Phosphate tablets use is up to two or three weeks.

The recommended dose of CARISOPRODOL is 350 mg three times a day and at bedtime. The recommended maximum duration of CARISOPRODOL use is up to two or three weeks.

Exogenous Obesity
Dosage should be individualized to obtain an adequate response with the lowest effective dose.
The usual adult dose is one tablet (37.5 mg) daily, as prescribed by the physician, administered before breakfast or 1 to 2 hours after breakfast. The dosage may be adjusted to the patient’s need.
For some patients, half tablet (18.75 mg) daily may be adequate, while in some cases it may be desirable to give half tablets (18.75 mg) two times a day. Phentermine is not recommended for use in pediatric patients ≤ 16 years of age.
Late evening medication should be avoided because of the possibility of resulting insomnia.
