Direction: Hold close to mouth and spray 1 dose directly into mouth 2 to 6 times daily until symptoms improve.
Adult Dose: 3 pump sprays
Child's Dose: 2 pump sprays (2yrs to 12 yrs)
Infant Dose: 1 pump sprays (newborn to 2 yrs)
External use: (when appropriate) Simply spray on affected areas 2 to 6 times daily until symptoms improve.

Directons
Initially, depress pump until primed. Spray one dose directly into mouth. Adults 12 and up: 3 sprays 3 times per day. Use additionally as needed, up to 6 times per day.
