This may be a sign of a more serious condition. • heartburn with lightheadedness, sweating or dizziness • chest pain or shoulder pain with shortness of breath; sweating; pain spreading to arms, neck or shoulders; or lightheadedness • frequent chest pain • frequent wheezing, particularly with heartburn • unexplained weight loss • nausea or vomiting • stomach pain Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking • warfarin, clopidogrel or cilostazol (blood-thinning medicines) • prescription antifungal or anti-yeast medicines • diazepam (anxiety medicine) • digoxin (heart medicine) • tacrolimus or mycophenolate mofetil (immune system medicine) • prescription antiretrovirals (medicines for HIV infection) Stop use and ask a doctor if • your heartburn continues or worsens • you need to take this product for more than 14 days • you need to take more than 1 course of treatment every 4 months • you get diarrheaLegal Issues

• take only as recommended (see overdose warning)
• use dosage cup or tablespoon (TBSP)
• do not exceed 5 doses (children) or 6 doses (adults) per 24 hours
Age Dose
adults and children 12 years and older.........2 tablespoons (30 mL) every 4 hours
children 6 years to under 12 years................ 1 tablespoon (15 mL) every 4 hours
children 4 years to under 6 years...................do not use unless directed by a doctor
children under 4 years.....................................do not use
