DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: The usual adult dose is 1 tablet daily with or without food or as directed by a licensed medical practitioner.
Elemental Iron
(as Ferrous Aspartate, Glycinate) 50 mg (as Iron Fumarate) 101 mg Vitamin C
Ascorbic Acid (as Calcium Ascorbate) 60 mg Threonic Acid (as Calcium Threonate) 0.8 mg Folic Acid 1 mg Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg Succinic Acid 50 mgOther ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate granular (Min 23% Ca), Stearic Acid Kosher, Croscarmellose Sodium Kosher, Microcrystalline Cellulose Kosher, Silicon Dioxide Kosher, Magnesium Stearate Kosher, FD&C Red # 40 (Lakes), FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Yellow Lake No. 5 and other ancillary ingredients as needed to ensure product stability.
