DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: One tablet daily with or without food or as prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner regardless of lactation status.
Each tablet contains the following dietary ingredients:
Folic Acid 1 mg Vitamin A (beta carotene) 4000 IU Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 400 IU Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 30 IU Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 120 mg Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 3mg Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 3 mg Niacin (niacinamide) 20 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 3 mg Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 8 mcg Biotin 30 mcg Pantothenic Acid (calcium pantothenate) 7 mg Calcium (calcium carbonate) 200 mg Iodine (potassium iodide) 150 mcg Zinc (zinc oxide) 15 mg Magnesium (magnesium oxide) 100 mg Iron (carbonyl iron) 29 mg Copper (cupric oxide) 3 mgOther Ingredients:
