The dosage schedules listed below can be used as a general guide for the administration of Thyreoidea compositum® Injection Solution. Thyreoidea compositum® Injection Solution shows individual differences in clinical response. Therefore, the dosage for each patient should be individualized according to the patient’s response to therapy. Adults and children 7 years and older: in acute disorders, 1 ampule per day, otherwise 1 ampule, 1 to 3 times per week IM/SC/IV/ID.Children ages 2 to 6 receive ½ the adult dosage. Discard unused solution. Thyreoidea compositum® Injection Solution may be administered intravenously, intramuscularly, subcutaneously, or intradermally. The required dose of Thyreoidea compositum® Injection Solution is first withdrawn from the ampule into the syringe, and the syringe is then shaken briefy. Thyreoidea compositum® Injection Solution should be administered using a narrow gauge needle (e.g. 22 to 30 gauge). Note: Parental drug products like Thyreoidea compositum® Injection Solution should be inspected visually for particulate matter and discoloration prior to administration whenever solution and container permit. Thyreoidea compositum® Injection Solution is a clear, colorless solution. Discolored solutions should be discarded.

General Considerations
The dosage schedules listed below can be used as a general guide for the administration of Lymphomyosot® Injection Solution. Lymphomyosotl® Injection Solution may be administered s.c., i.d., i.m., or i.v. The interval between injections is left to the discretion of the HCP, but should not exceed 1 ampule in 24 hours. Parenteral drug products should be inspected visually for particulate matter and discoloration prior to administration, whenever solution and container permit. Draw up the contents of the ampule into the syringe. Discard any unused ampule contents. Do not reuse ampule.
Standard Dosage:

Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 ml 1 to 3 times per 7 days

Children 6 to 11 years: 0.7 ml 1 to 3 times per 7 days

Children 2 to 5 years: 0.5 ml 1 to 3 times per 7 days

Acute Dosage:

Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 ml daily, and then continue with standard dosage

Children 6 to 11 years: 0.7 ml daily, and then continue with standard dosage

Children 2 to 5 years: 0.5 ml daily, and then continue with standard dosage.

Do not open the vial until just before use.

To open, twist and remove tab at the tip of the vial. Do not touch any surface with the tip of container. Instill contents in the affected eye. Tilt your head backward, hold the vial vertically pointing downward; allow drop(s) to drip from vial into the lower eye lid by slightly applying pressure onto the vial from above.

The vials are intended for one application. Discard any unused portion.
